Refund Policy for Menanda LLC
Overview: At Menanda LLC, we take pride in supplying high-quality Ethiopian spices, coffee, and foods to our wholesale clients. We understand the importance of your satisfaction and strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Goods: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in the condition they were received.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: In the event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been opened or have had their packaging tampered with.
- Perishable goods such as fresh or frozen foods.
- Customized or special-order products.
Process for Returns:
- Notification: Contact our customer service team via email at support@menanda.com or by phone at +16129861070 to initiate a return.
- Confirmation: We will review your return request and send a confirmation along with return instructions if your return is approved.
- Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the returned items back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Menanda LLC will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the return is approved, a refund or credit will be issued.
Refunds:
- Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Timing: Expect refunds to be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and process the returned items.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may be applied for large bulk orders.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us via the methods listed above.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items:
- While Menanda guarantees freshness up on arrival, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods like Injera and Kocho delivered outside of Minnesota and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
